Skillet è un gruppo musicale cristiano statunitense formatosi in Jacksonville, Florida, nel 1996. Il loro genere musicale si colloca nell'ambito del hard rock e del metal alternativo, con influenze progressive e melodiche. Skillet ha raggiunto una notevole popolarità negli anni 2000, grazie a album come *Comatose* (2006), nominato per un Grammy Award e arrivato al numero 55 della Billboard 200, e *Awake* (2009). Il gruppo è noto per le sue performance energiche dal vivo e per i testi che affrontano temi di fede, speranza e lotta interiore. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Hero", "Monster", "The Last Night" e "Feel Invincible".

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
