Freezepop est un groupe américain de synthpop/electropop formé à Boston, Massachusetts en 1999. Les membres fondateurs étaient Liz Enthusiasm, Sean T. Drinkwater et Kasson Crooker, qui utilisait le pseudonyme « The Duke of Pannekoeken ». Le nom du groupe vient d'un snack surgelé populaire, et les musiciens décrivent leur son comme « doux, froid, fruité et plastique », en accord avec l'image du produit. Freezepop est connu pour ses mélodies accrocheuses, ses paroles ironiques et ses performances énergiques. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives figurent « Space Cowboy », « The Future Is Now » et « I Want Candy ».
