Funeral for a Friend è una band britannica di emo rock formatasi nel 2001 con il nome January Thirst. Il nome cambiò con l'uscita del loro primo EP, *Between Order and Model*, nel 2002. Con la pubblicazione del secondo EP, *Four Ways To Scream Your Name*, la band firmò con la Warner Brothers. Considerati uno dei pilastri dell'emo britannico degli anni 2000, Funeral for a Friend hanno raggiunto un grande successo con album come *Casually Dressed and Deep in Conversation* (2005) e *Tales Don't Tell Themselves* (2007). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie emozionanti, riff di chitarra potenti e testi introspettivi che esplorano temi di dolore, perdita e speranza. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
