Strike Anywhere sono un gruppo post-hardcore originario di Richmond, Virginia, formatosi nel 1999 dopo lo scioglimento della precedente band di Thomas Barnett, gli Inquisition. La formazione ha guadagnato una notevole popolarità grazie alla presenza in tre videogiochi della serie Tony Hawk: *Refusal* in *Tony Hawk's Underground 1* (2003), *American Wasteland* (2005) e *Downhill Jam* (2006). Hanno anche partecipato al documentario *Wake Up Screaming* sul Vans Warped Tour. Nel 2006 pubblicano il terzo album in studio, *Dead FM*, seguito nel 2009 da *Iron Front* con la Bridge 9 Records. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
