Dance Gavin Dance est un groupe américain de post-hardcore formé à Sacramento, Californie en 2005. Connus pour leur musique complexe et expérimentale qui fusionne des éléments de math rock, de metal progressif et de jazz fusion, ils ont acquis une base de fans dévouée grâce à leurs performances live énergiques et au talent de ses membres. Le groupe a sorti huit albums studio, dont les acclamés "Happiness" (2008) et "Downtown Battle Mountain" (2010), qui ont contribué à définir le son post-hardcore contemporain. Parmi leurs morceaux les plus représentatifs figurent "Tree Village", "Lemon Meringue Tie" et "The Robot Song".
