Grouplove est un groupe américain de pop indépendant formé à Los Angeles, Californie, en 2010. Le groupe se compose de Christian Zucconi (chant, guitare), Hannah Hooper (chant, claviers), Ryan Rabin (basse, synthétiseur) et Sean Gadd (batterie). Grouplove est connu pour son son énergique et accrocheur, caractérisé par des mélodies pop attrayantes, des riffs de guitare incisifs et des paroles qui explorent des thèmes tels que l'amour, la perte et la joie de vivre. Leur album éponyme de début, sorti en 2011, a connu un grand succès, avec le single "Tongue Tied" qui est devenu un véritable tube radiophonique. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
