Train è una rock band americana formatasi nel 1994. Il gruppo, originario di San Francisco, California, è composto da Patrick Monahan (voce), Scott Underwood (batteria), Jimmy Stafford (chitarra), Brandon Bush (basso) e Johnny Colt (tastiere). Conosciuti per il loro sound pop-rock orecchiabile e le melodie accattivanti, Train ha raggiunto un grande successo negli anni 2000 con album come *Drops of Jupiter* (2001) e *My Private Nation* (2003), che hanno prodotto singoli di successo come "Drops of Jupiter", "Hey, Soul Sister" e "If It's Love". La band ha vinto un Grammy Award per la canzone "Drops of Jupiter" nella categoria Best Rock Song nel 2005. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
