Phrase est un groupe de musique électronique actif dans les années 1980. Leur musique présente des sonorités synth-pop et new wave, avec des influences d'artistes comme Depeche Mode et Kraftwerk. Malgré le manque d'informations détaillées sur la formation et l'origine du groupe, Phrase a sorti deux albums : "Talk With Force" (1984) et "Here Now/Talk with Force" (1986).
