White Lion è un gruppo hard rock formatosi a New York nel 1983 da Mike Tramp (voce) e Vito Bratta (chitarra). Il loro sound, influenzato dal glam metal degli anni '80, ha conquistato rapidamente il pubblico americano. Tra i brani più famosi si ricordano "When the Children Cry", "Wait" e "Broken Heart". L'album di debutto "Fight to Survive" (1985) è stato un successo commerciale, seguito da "Pride" (1987), che ha consacrato la band come una delle realtà più importanti del panorama hard rock. Dopo alcuni cambiamenti nella formazione, White Lion si sono sciolti nel 1991. Mike Tramp e Vito Bratta hanno intrapreso carriere soliste, ma il gruppo è tornato a esibirsi dal 2008 con un nuovo album, "Return of the Pride".

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
