Howe Gelb è un cantautore e musicista statunitense, noto per il suo lavoro con la band Giant Sand. Nato in Arizona nel 1958, Gelb ha sviluppato uno stile musicale unico che fonde elementi di folk, country, rock sperimentale e psichedelia. La sua musica è caratterizzata da testi poetici e introspettivi, spesso ispirati dalla natura del deserto americano e dalle esperienze personali. Tra i suoi album più noti figurano *Hisser* (1987), *Sno Angel Like You* (1990) e *The Listener* (1993). Gelb ha collaborato con numerosi artisti, tra cui The Band of Blacky Ranchette e Arizona Amp and Alternator. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
