J-Kwon, de son vrai nom Jerrell Jones, est un rappeur américain né à Memphis, Tennessee. Actif de 2003 à 2006, il a connu la gloire internationale avec le single "Tipsy", sorti en 2004 et devenu un succès planétaire. Le morceau, caractérisé par son rythme accrocheur et ses paroles ironiques, a dominé les classements musicaux américains et internationaux, consacrant J-Kwon comme l'un des rappeurs les plus populaires de l'époque. Outre "Tipsy", d'autres chansons à succès de J-Kwon incluent "Hood Rich" et "Let's Get It Started". Son album de début, "In da Club", sorti en 2004, a atteint la 15e place du Billboard 200. Après une période d'absence musicale, J-Kwon est revenu en 2018 avec l'album "The Return of J-Kwon".
