Band of Horses est un groupe de rock américain formé à Seattle en 2004 par Ben Bridwell. Le nom original du groupe était Horses. La formation actuelle comprend Bridwell, Ryan Monroe, Tyler Ramsey, Bill Reynolds et Creighton Barrett. Leur son se situe dans le domaine du rock alternatif, caractérisé par des mélodies mélancoliques et des ambiances introspectives. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives figurent "The Funeral", "No One's Gonna Love You" et "Is There a Better Way". Leur album de début, "Everything All the Time", date de 2006 et a été bien accueilli par la critique. Band of Horses est considéré comme l'un des groupes les plus influents du rock indépendant américain des années 2000.
