Ben Folds è un musicista statunitense nato a Winston-Salem, North Carolina, nel 1970. Pianista virtuosico e compositore di talento, ha raggiunto fama internazionale come frontman del gruppo Ben Folds Five negli anni '90. Dopo lo scioglimento della band, ha intrapreso una carriera solista di successo, pubblicando album apprezzati dalla critica come "Rockin' the Suburbs" (2005) e "Way to Normal" (2008).
