Eli Young Band è un gruppo musicale country statunitense formatosi nel 2000 ad Arlington, in Texas. Composto da Mike Eli (voce), James Young (chitarra), Chris Thompson (basso) e Jon Jones (batteria), la band ha raggiunto il successo nazionale negli anni 2010 con brani come "Crazy Girl", "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" e "Love Ain't Always Beautiful".
