Big Pokey est un rappeur américain actif dans les années 1990 et 2000. Né Milton Wayne Poole à Houston, au Texas, il s'est fait connaître pour son style de rap brut et direct, souvent axé sur des thèmes de la vie quotidienne, de la violence et de la lutte pour la survie. Parmi ses albums les plus notables figurent "On Another Note", "Biggest Pit in the Litter" et "Evacuation Notice". Big Pokey a été un membre important de la scène hip-hop de Houston, collaborant avec des artistes comme DJ Screw et Lil' Flip. Son style a influencé plusieurs générations de rappeurs texans.
