The Smiths sono stati una band indie rock britannica formatasi a Manchester nel 1982. Il gruppo era composto da Morrissey (voce), Johnny Marr (chitarra), Andy Rourke (basso) e Mike Joyce (batteria). Considerati uno dei gruppi più influenti della musica indipendente degli anni '80, The Smiths hanno combinato melodie orecchiabili con testi introspettivi e spesso melancolici di Morrissey, che affrontavano temi come l'alienazione, la solitudine e l'amore non corrisposto. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
