T.S.O.L. (abbreviazione di "Total Social Outcast") è un gruppo musicale hardcore punk statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles alla fine degli anni settanta. Considerati uno dei gruppi fondatori dell'hardcore, hanno influenzato numerose band successive, tra cui Black Flag e Bad Brains. Il loro sound caratteristico combina elementi di punk rock tradizionale con una maggiore aggressività e velocità. Nel corso della loro carriera, T.S.O.L. ha attraversato diverse fasi stilistiche, passando da un hardcore più crudo a sonorità più melodiche e persino sperimentando un breve periodo di hard rock negli anni ottanta. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "Code Blue", "Life's a Mess" e "Abolish Government". L'album di debutto "T.S.O.L.", pubblicato nel 1981, è considerato un classico dell'hardcore punk.
