Robyn Hitchcock (nato Robyn Rowan Hitchcock il 17 febbraio 1953) è un cantautore, chitarrista e compositore britannico noto per la sua musica psichedelica, folk-rock e cantautorato. Considerato uno dei pionieri del movimento indie rock degli anni '80, Hitchcock ha costruito una carriera di successo con un'ampia discografia che spazia da album solocisti a collaborazioni con band come i The Egyptians e gli Soft Boys. La sua musica è caratterizzata da testi surreali, melodie orecchiabili e un'atmosfera spesso oscura e introspettiva. Hitchcock ha pubblicato oltre 20 album in studio, tra cui "Globe of Gold" (1985), "Fegwitch" (1987) e "Black Molecules" (1994).
