The Plain White T's sono una band pop-punk americana formatasi a Chicago, Illinois, negli anni '90. Il gruppo è composto da Tom Higgenson (voce), Dave Tirio (chitarra), Mike Retondo (basso), De'Mar Hamilton (batteria) e Tim Lopez (tastiere). Inizialmente hanno suonato localmente pubblicando due album indipendenti, *Come on Over* (2001) e *Stop* (2003). Nel 2005, la Fearless Records ha ripubblicato *Stop* e ha rilasciato l'album *All That We Needed*, che ha segnato il loro successo nazionale grazie al singolo "Hey There Delilah".
