The Levellers sono una band britannica di rock alternativo con forti influenze punk e folk. Fondati a Brighton nel 1988 da Jeremy Cunningham, Charlie Heather, Jonathan Sevink e Mark Chadwick, hanno guadagnato popolarità negli anni '90 grazie al loro sound energico e alle tematiche sociali presenti nei testi. Considerati una delle band più importanti del movimento britpop, hanno collaborato con artisti come Billy Bragg e The Pogues. Tra i brani più rappresentativi figurano "What A Beautiful Day", "One Way", e "Just The One". L'album di debutto "A Weapon Called the Word" (1990) ha segnato l'inizio della loro ascesa, seguito da successi come "Levellers" (1992) e "Zeitgeist" (1995). The Levellers continuano a esibirsi attivamente, mantenendo un forte legame con i fan grazie alla loro musica diretta e al messaggio di impegno sociale.
