No Mercy è stata una boy band pop tedesca attiva negli anni '90. Formatasi a Colonia nel 1995, il gruppo ha raggiunto la fama internazionale con il singolo "Where Do You Go?", che ha dominato le classifiche europee nel 1997. Il loro stile musicale era caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, testi romantici e un sound pop dance influenzato dalla musica elettronica. Oltre a "Where Do You Go?", altri successi di No Mercy includono "Stay With Me" e "I'll Be There". Il gruppo ha pubblicato tre album in studio: "No Mercy" (1997), "The Second Coming" (1998) e "Forever Yours" (2000). Dopo una pausa nel 2000, No Mercy si è sciolto ufficialmente nel 2003.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
