Ray Wilson est un musicien écossais né le 8 septembre 1968 à Dumfries. Il est surtout connu comme le chanteur du groupe de grunge Stiltskin et pour son bref passage en tant que chanteur de Genesis entre 1996 et 1997. Avec Stiltskin, il a connu un succès international avec le single "Forever Child", qui a dominé les classements en Europe et aux États-Unis. Après la dissolution du groupe, Wilson a entamé une carrière solo, publiant plusieurs albums de musique rock et pop. En 1996, il a été choisi comme remplaçant de Peter Gabriel chez Genesis, participant à l'enregistrement de l'album "Calling All Stations". Bien que son expérience avec Genesis ait été brève, Wilson a laissé une empreinte indélébile dans l'histoire du groupe, contribuant à une nouvelle phase musicale. Parmi ses chansons les plus représentatives figurent "Forever Child", "The Last Time", "One More Day" et "Calling All Stations".

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
