Bowling for Soup è una band pop-punk proveniente da Wichita Falls, Texas, formatasi nel 1994. Il nome della band deriva dalla routine comica del 1978 di Steve Martin "Bowling for Shit", che suggerisce le tematiche spesso ironiche e divertenti dei loro testi. Il gruppo è composto da Jaret Reddick (voce, chitarra), Erik Chandler (basso, voce), Chris Burney (chitarra, voce) e Gary Wiseman (batteria, voce).
