Jay Rock, de son vrai nom Johnny Reed McKinzie, est un rappeur américain né à Los Angeles, Californie. Actif depuis 2009, il a collaboré avec des artistes comme Kendrick Lamar et Top Dawg Entertainment. Son style musical se caractérise par des rimes complexes et des paroles introspectives qui abordent des thèmes sociaux et personnels. Parmi ses morceaux les plus connus figurent «Follow Me», «Win» et «King's Dead». En 2015, il a sorti son album de début «Redemption», suivi de «90059» en 2017.
