Project Pat, dont le vrai nom est Patrick Earl Houston, est un rappeur américain originaire de Memphis, Tennessee. Actif depuis la fin des années 1990, il est connu pour son style agressif et ses rimes tranchantes, fortement influencé par la scène hip-hop locale de Memphis. Il est considéré comme l'un des membres fondateurs du groupe Three 6 Mafia, bien qu'il ait également connu un succès en tant qu'artiste solo.
