Tank est un groupe britannique de heavy metal, considéré comme l'un des piliers du mouvement NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) des années 1980. Formé à Londres en 1977, le groupe a connu un succès international avec des albums tels que "Power of the Hunter" (1981), qui comprend les singles "Don't Walk Away" et "This Means War", et "The Bridge" (1983). Leur style musical est caractérisé par des riffs lourds, une batterie puissante et des paroles directes. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives, on peut également citer "Valley of Tears" et "War Machine". Après une série de changements de formation, Tank a continué à enregistrer de la musique jusqu'aux années 1990, avant de reprendre l'activité en 2005 avec un nouvel album, "Still at War". Le groupe est toujours actif aujourd'hui, enregistrant de nouveaux albums et jouant des concerts dans le monde entier.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
