Psychopathic Rydas est un supergroupe de hip-hop américain formé à Detroit, Michigan en 1999. Le groupe est composé de rappeurs affiliés à Psychopathic Records qui se produisent sous des noms d'artiste alternatifs dans le style du gangsta rap mainstream. La formation actuelle comprend Joseph Bruce (Bullet) et David Hutto (Yung Dirt) d'Insane Clown Posse. Psychopathic Rydas a sorti plusieurs albums, notamment "The Psycho-Active Album" (2001), "The Riddler" (2003) et "The Return of the Psychopathic Rydas" (2018). Le groupe est connu pour ses performances énergiques et ses paroles souvent sombres et violentes. Parmi leurs morceaux les plus représentatifs, on peut citer "We Are The Rydas", "Psychopath Anthem" et "Killin' Time".

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
