Anthony George Banks, noto come Tony Banks, è un musicista britannico nato il 7 marzo 1952. È principalmente conosciuto per essere stato il tastierista, compositore e produttore della band progressive rock Genesis dal 1967 al 1996 e di nuovo dal 2007 ad oggi. Banks ha contribuito a definire l'identità sonora di Genesis con le sue melodie sinfoniche e i suoi arrangiamenti orchestrali, influenzati da compositori classici come Bach e Debussy. Oltre alla sua attività con Genesis, Banks ha intrapreso una carriera solista pubblicando diversi album di musica elettronica e sperimentale.
