Angie Stone, all'anagrafe Angela Laverne Brown, è una cantautrice statunitense di R and B e neo soul. Nata a Columbia, Carolina del Sud, nel 1962, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '80 come membro del gruppo funk The Sequence. Dopo aver raggiunto il successo con brani come «Funk You Up», Stone ha intrapreso una carriera solista alla fine degli anni '90. Il suo album di debutto, *Black Diamond*, pubblicato nel 1999, ha riscosso un grande successo grazie al singolo «No More Drama». Stone è nota per la sua voce potente e il suo stile musicale che fonde elementi di R and B classico con influenze hip-hop e jazz. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
Le film très critiqué «Musique» de Sia qui voit son début en tant que réalisatrice vient d'être nominé comme meilleur film au Golden Globe 2021. L'actrice principale Kate Hudson a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice.
