Dakota Moon était un groupe de rock formé à Los Angeles, Californie, au milieu des années 1990. Leur son était un mélange de pop rock et de R and B urbain, les quatre membres chantant et jouant des instruments. La formation originale comprenait Ray Artis (basse, voix), Joe Dean (guitare, voix), Malloy (percussion, voix) et Ty Taylor (guitare, voix). Le groupe a sorti deux albums studio pour le label Elektra Records et a eu trois singles dans les classements Billboard.
La chanteuse de renom Rihanna et le rappeur A$AP Rocky ont récemment fait la une des journaux du monde entier en dévoilant le nom de leur deuxième enfant.
