7 Year Bitch était un groupe américain de punk rock formé à Seattle, Washington, en 1990. Actif jusqu'en 1997, le groupe a sorti trois albums pendant son existence. Leur musique se caractérisait par des sonorités agressives et des paroles souvent politiquement engagées, influencées par le paysage musical underground de Seattle dans les années 1990. Parmi leurs chansons les plus représentatives figurent "The Man", "I'm Not Your Bitch" et "You Can't Stop Me". 7 Year Bitch a fait face à plusieurs tragédies au cours de sa carrière, notamment la mort de la guitariste Stefanie Sargent en 1993 et celle de Mia Zapata, chanteuse du groupe The Gits, une amie proche du groupe.
