Rick Astley (né Richard Paul Astley le 6 mai 1966) est un auteur-compositeur-interprète, musicien et animateur radio britannique. Il est surtout connu pour son single de 1987 "Never Gonna Give You Up", qui est devenu un succès international en atteignant le sommet des classements dans de nombreux pays. La chanson a acquis une nouvelle popularité dans les années 2000 grâce au phénomène d'Internet connu sous le nom de "Rickrolling". Astley a sorti plusieurs albums tout au long des années 1980 et 1990, dont "Whenever You Need Somebody" (1987) et "Free" (1989), obtenant un succès commercial dans le monde entier.
