Omarion, né Omari Ishmael Grandberry, est un chanteur, acteur et danseur américain né à Los Angeles le 10 novembre 1984. Connu pour sa voix mélodieuse et ses performances énergiques, il a atteint la renommée internationale en tant que membre du groupe de garçons B2K au début des années 2000. Après la séparation du groupe, Omarion a lancé une carrière solo réussie, publiant des albums de R and B contemporain qui ont dominé les classements américains. Parmi ses chansons les plus populaires figurent "O" et "Ice Box". Outre la musique, Omarion a joué dans des films et des séries télévisées, démontrant un talent polyvalent dans l'industrie du divertissement.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
