Les Wailin' Jennys sont un trio folk canadien lauréat d'un prix Juno, originaire de Winnipeg, Manitoba, et de New York. Le groupe est composé de Ruth Moody (soprano), Nicky Mehta (mezzo-soprano) et Heather Masse (contralto). Récemment, les Jennys ont également fait des tournées avec le violoniste et joueur de mandoline Jeremy Penner. Leur son se caractérise par des harmonies vocales complexes et des arrangements folk traditionnels, souvent enrichis par des influences bluegrass et country. Les Wailin' Jennys ont été saluées pour leur capacité à créer une atmosphère intime et immersive lors de leurs concerts.
