Mannie Fresh, de son vrai nom Byron Otto Thomas, est un rappeur et producteur de disques américain né en 1974 à La Nouvelle-Orléans, en Louisiane. Il est considéré comme l'un des piliers de la scène hip-hop du Sud des États-Unis, connu pour son style de production unique caractérisé par des échantillons funk et des rythmes endiablés.
