Steve Miller è un cantautore, chitarrista e produttore discografico statunitense nato a Milwaukee, Wisconsin, nel 1943. Considerato uno dei pionieri del rock blues negli anni '60, ha raggiunto il successo internazionale con la sua band Steve Miller Band, formata nel 1967. Il gruppo ha pubblicato numerosi album di grande successo, tra cui "Sailor" (1976), "Fly Like an Eagle" (1976) e "Book of Dreams" (1977).
