Steve Aoki (nato Steve Hiroyuki Aoki il 30 novembre 1977) è un DJ e produttore discografico statunitense di origini giapponesi. Noto per il suo stile energico ed eccentrico, Aoki ha raggiunto fama internazionale con i suoi remix di brani pop e dance. Fondatore dell'etichetta discografica Dim Mak Records nel 2005, ha contribuito a lanciare la carriera di numerosi artisti EDM. Oltre alla produzione musicale, Aoki è famoso per le sue performance live spettacolari, caratterizzate da acrobazie, fuochi d'artificio e l'utilizzo di un palco mobile. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi figurano "Rage It Up", "Delirious" (con Angger Dimas) e "Waste It On Me" (con BTS). Aoki ha collaborato con artisti di diverse generazioni, tra cui Linkin Park, Snoop Dogg e Fall Out Boy. La sua musica è caratterizzata da un mix di electro house, dubstep e trance, influenzata anche dalla cultura giapponese.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
