Gli Isley Brothers sono un gruppo musicale statunitense di R and B e soul, attivi dal 1959 ad oggi. Fondati a Cincinnati, Ohio, dai fratelli O'Kelly Jr., Rudolph, Ronald e Vernon Isley, il gruppo ha raggiunto la fama internazionale negli anni '60 con successi come "Twist and Shout" e "This Old Heart of Mine".
