The Darkness sont un groupe britannique de hard rock formé à Lowestoft en 2000. Composé de Justin Hawkins (chant), Dan Hawkins (guitare), Frankie Poullain (basse) et Rufus Taylor (batterie), le groupe a connu un succès international avec son album de début *Permission to Land* (2003). L'album, soutenu par les singles "I Believe in a Thing Called Love", "Growing on Me", "Get Your Hands off My Woman" et "Love Is Only a Feeling", a été certifié quadruple platine au Royaume-Uni. Le groupe a remporté trois Brit Awards en 2004 : Meilleur Groupe britannique, Meilleure Act Rock britannique et Meilleur Album britannique. Après une période d'inactivité, The Darkness est revenu avec l'album *Hot Cakes* (2007) et continue de sortir de la musique à ce jour, maintenant une base de fans solide grâce à son son théâtral et mélodique qui fusionne des éléments de hard rock, glam metal et power pop.
La chanteuse de renom Rihanna et le rappeur A$AP Rocky ont récemment fait la une des journaux du monde entier en dévoilant le nom de leur deuxième enfant.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
