Victor Joseph Mignogna, noto come Vic Mignogna, è un doppiatore e musicista statunitense nato il 19 settembre 1973 a Dallas, Texas. È conosciuto principalmente per i suoi ruoli in anime e videogiochi, tra cui Broly in Dragon Ball Z, Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist e Tamaki Suoh in Ouran High School Host Club.
