Bizzy Bone, nom de scène de Bryon Anthony McCane II (né le 12 septembre 1976), est un rappeur américain et membre du groupe de rap de Cleveland Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. Connu pour son débit rapide et sa technique vocale unique, Bizzy a contribué à définir le style distinctif du groupe, caractérisé par des flux de rap rapides et des mélodies mélodiques. Parmi les morceaux les plus représentatifs de Bizzy Bone figurent "Tha Crossroads", "1st of tha Month" et "Look at Me Now".
