Underground Kingz (UGK) était un duo de hip-hop formé au Texas en 1987 par Chad « Pimp C » Butler et Bernard « Bun B » Freeman. Considérés comme des pionniers du rap du Sud, ils ont contribué à définir le son texan avec des paroles réalistes et des rythmes lourds. Parmi leurs albums les plus importants figurent *Too Hard to Swallow* (1994), *Ridin' Dirty* (1996) et *Dirty Money* (2007). Pimp C est décédé en décembre 2007, mais le matériel sur lequel il travaillait devait encore être publié après sa mort. Parmi leurs morceaux les plus représentatifs figurent « Int'l Player's Anthem », « Pocket Full of Stones » et « Sippin' on Some Syrup ».
