Thin Lizzy est un groupe de hard rock irlandais formé à Dublin en 1969. Les membres fondateurs étaient le guitariste Eric Bell, l'organiste Eric Wrixon, le chanteur et bassiste Philip Lynott et le batteur Brian Downey. Le groupe a atteint la renommée internationale dans les années 1970 avec un son caractérisé par des riffs de guitare puissants, des mélodies accrocheuses et des paroles souvent inspirées par la mythologie irlandaise. Parmi leurs chansons les plus célèbres figurent "The Boys Are Back in Town", "Jailbreak" et "Whiskey in the Jar". Lynott est considéré comme une figure emblématique du rock, connu pour son charisme et sa voix puissante. Thin Lizzy a sorti de nombreux albums à succès, dont "Fighting" (1974), "Nightlife" (1974) et "Bad Reputation" (1977). Le groupe s'est dissous en 1983 après la mort de Lynott, mais il continue d'avoir une base de fans dévouée depuis.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
