Talking Heads est un groupe de rock américain formé à New York en 1975. Considérés comme des pionniers du art-rock, ils ont combiné des influences post-punk, funk, musique du monde et musique expérimentale dans un son unique et innovant. Le groupe était composé de David Byrne (chant, guitare), Chris Frantz (batterie), Tina Weymouth (basse) et Jerry Harrison (claviers, synthétiseurs). Une attention particulière était portée à l'aspect théâtral de leurs performances, avec des chorégraphies élaborées et des costumes excentriques. Parmi leurs chansons les plus célèbres figurent "Psycho Killer", "Once in a Lifetime", "Burning Down the House" et "This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody)". Talking Heads ont sorti huit albums studio entre 1977 et 1992, atteignant un succès international et influençant des générations de musiciens. Ils se sont dissous en 1991 après une longue collaboration artistique.
