Eddie Arnold (nato Richard Edward Arnold il 15 giugno 1918 a Coupland, Texas – morto il 6 novembre 2008 a Nashville, Tennessee) è stato uno dei più importanti cantanti di musica country americana. Iniziò la sua carriera negli anni '40 con un sound vocale morbido e melodico che lo distinse dagli altri artisti del genere. Arnold ha venduto oltre 100 milioni di dischi in tutto il mondo, ottenendo numerosi successi tra cui "Make the World Go Away", "Cattle Call" e "I'll Be There". J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
