Day One est un groupe de rock alternatif actif depuis environ 2000. Le groupe a compté parmi ses membres Donni Hardwidge et Phelim Byrne. Parmi leurs albums les plus notables figurent "Ordinary Man", "Probably Art", "Hallowed Ground", "FigureHead" et "Waiting for a Break". La musique de Day One se caractérise par des sonorités de rock alternatif avec des influences indie et post-rock, souvent accompagnées de paroles introspectives et de mélodies accrocheuses.
