Gerald Earl Gillum, meglio conosciuto come G-Eazy, è un rapper e produttore discografico statunitense nato a Oakland, California, nel 1988. G-Eazy ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale pubblicando mixtape indipendenti all'inizio degli anni 2010, guadagnandosi rapidamente una solida base di fan grazie al suo stile rap caratterizzato da rime intricate e melodie orecchiabili. Nel 2014 ha pubblicato il suo album di debutto "These Things Happen", che ha raggiunto la posizione numero tre nella classifica Billboard 200. L'album ha generato diversi successi, tra cui "I Mean It" e "Me, Myself and I". G-Eazy è noto per le sue collaborazioni con artisti come Bebe Rexha, Halsey e Cardi B. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
