The Drums sono un gruppo musicale indie rock statunitense formatosi a Brooklyn, New York, alla fine degli anni 2000. Il nucleo del gruppo è composto da membri ex-Elkland: Jonny Pierce (voce, chitarra), Jacob Graham (chitarra) e Connor Hanwick (batteria). La loro musica è caratterizzata da melodie orecchiabili, testi introspettivi e un sound che fonde elementi di new wave, synth-pop e rock anni '80. Il loro album di debutto, "The Drums", uscito nel 2010, ha riscosso un grande successo critico e commerciale, consacrando il gruppo come una delle nuove promesse dell'indie rock.
