Esham, de son vrai nom Rashaam Attica Smith, est un rappeur américain actif depuis 1989. Connu pour son style de hip hop qu'il appelle "acid rap", Esham fusionne des rythmes influencés par le rock avec des paroles qui abordent des thèmes controversés comme le suicide, la mort, les drogues, la violence, la paranoïa et le sexe. Sa musique présente souvent une tonalité sombre et troublante, caractérisée par un flow agressif et des rimes complexes.
