Cephalectomy est un groupe de death metal britannique actif depuis 2001. Connus pour leur son agressif et complexe, influencé par le thrash et le black metal, ils ont sorti des albums tels que "Sign of Chaos", "Eclipsing the Dawn" et "Dark Waters Rise". Leur musique se caractérise par des riffs rapides et complexes, une batterie puissante et des growls gutturaux. Malgré une faible présence médiatique, Cephalectomy a acquis une base de fans fidèle parmi les amateurs de death metal underground.
